Duties of the Customer Representative include

Customer support
Social media management including several mediums (Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Youtube, Reddit)
Project administrations (Trello, Dropbox etc)
Reach out to potential customers
Gather feedbacks based on discussions with customers
Prepare materials based on management's requests
Come up with new ideas to improve the platform

Requirements of the role

Passion for esports
Fluent in english (both written and oral)
Precise, detail-oriented
Question hierarchy and provide alternative solution when directions go wrong way
Independent and "wanna solve" attitude
Meet deadlines
Familiar with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Twitch, Reddit)
